Tanya Fontaine has been a Licensed Realtor since 2001. She successfully achieved the status of Million Dollar Producer during her first year of service. Through the use of interpersonal styles and methods; she is able to inspire and guide individuals to achieve the goal of home ownership. Tanya also assists with resale and relocation; however, she tends to enjoy working with First Time Home Buyers most.

Although Carroll and Douglas Counties are a focal point; over the years, she has also assisted homebuyers/sellers in Fulton, Cobb, and Paulding Counties. Tanya is known to effectively acquire information to understand circumstances, expectations, and needs of her clients. This allows her to formulate clear decision criteria while assisting clients throughout the process.

In addition to holding a license with the State Of Georgia Real Estate Commission, Tanya also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Operations/Management. She uses her educational background to enhance her ability to continually build rapport and cooperative relationships. This has also contributed to continued referrals from past clients.

A native of Michigan, Tanya Fontaine currently resides in Carrollton, Georgia. In her leisure, she enjoys swimming, reading, meditation, and listening to Jazz.
