Meet The Team

Tanya Fontaine has been a licensed realtor for over 7 years.  She successfully achieved the status of Million Dollar Producer during her first year of service.  Ms. Fontaine has continually proven that through the use of interpersonal styles and methods; she is able to inspire and guide individuals to achieve the goal of home ownership, re-sale, relocation, and investments.

In addition to holding a License with the State Of Georgia Real Estate Commission, Ms. Fontaine also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management/Operations.  She is also a member of REBAC (Real Estate Buyers Agent Council).  It is through the interest in continued education that she holds the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation.  She has used her educational background to create the ability to continually build rapport and cooperative relationships with clients/investors.

Ms. Fontaine is known for her ability to effectively acquire information to understand the clients/investors circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs.  This allows her the ability to formulate clear decision criteria, evaluate options , and choose effective solutions.  For Ms. Fontaine, staying abreast of current development and trends relevant to the real estate industry is and always has been a  MUST.

A native of Michigan, Ms Fontaine currently resides in Temple, Georgia.  In her leisure she enjoys reading and skating.
