Meet The Team

Delois H. Harmon is a real estate broker in the state of Georgia with over 21 years of experience, specializing in land acquisition, marketing and selling residential and commercial properties.  She is President and Founder of Harmon & Harmon Realtors, Inc., with Harmon & Harmon comprising of Delois and her daughter Inga Harmon; a successfully established company with multi-million dollar sales volume.

Mrs. Harmon holds a B.B.A. degree from Fort Valley State University (formerly Fort Valley State College).  She is a Certified Residential Specialist, graduate of Residential Institute, and Accredited Buyers Representative.  Her professional memberships and affiliations include The National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and Middle Georgia Association of Realtors.

Mrs. Harmon has served on the Board of Directors for The Macon Literacy Action Plan Board, and the Greater Macon Housing Corporation d/b/a Renaissance Housing Partnership.  She was selected by the Macon-Bibb County Planning and Zoning Commission to participate in the East Bibb County Strategy Action Plan, and she presently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Saint Paul A.M.E. Church in Macon, Georgia.

As a local leader on many issues, Mrs. Harmon has conducted numerous seminars on home ownership for local banks, churches and the Macon Housing Authority.

Mrs. Harmon is a native of Georgia, born and raised in Hartwell Hart County, Georgia.  For 34 years she has been united in marriage with Paul Harmon, a commerical and industrial general contractor.  They have three children and one grandchild.  In her leisure, Mrs. Harmon is an avid tennis player.
